Service providers have to remain at the cutting edge of innovation. Combining AI, machine learning, and the data stored with technology means that both AI and humans can analyze and gather more data than ever before. Moreover, with the growing issue of cyber-security and the increasing number of cyberattacks that are being perpetrated every single day, AI-enabled cyber-security combined with human security analysts might be the solution to a more secure system. Experts will therefore be able to use AI and Machine Learning to trigger risk red flags that humans may not have the time and resources to search for. AI won’t make cyber-security experts obsolete: it will reduce the time and allow them to focus on increasing their effectiveness. I think that human-machine teams will be key to solving complex cyber-security challenges.»
